## About Us

Happy Sailing was founded in 2022 by Evan Logan, a Sail Canada educator and coastal skipper with 14+ years on the water and 6,000+ nautical miles logged since 2025 aboard Sweetwater (a 2011 Bavaria 36) — sailing around Lake Ontario, offshore of the coastal US, the Bahamas, and the Eastern Caribbean including Grenada and St. Vincent and the Grenadines. 2026 is our fifth season. Our teaching philosophy emphasizes hands-on, personalized instruction in real sailing conditions with intentionally small class sizes.

We are a Sail Canada certified training facility, the national governing body for sailing education in Canada. Our certifications are internationally recognized through the International Sailing Federation.
