• Sun PM arrive, Fri PM return
• Sun: brief, safety, dinner, intros
• Mon: underway, sail handling, anchor
• Tue: nav + pilotage, VHF, harbour entry
• Wed: power handling, docking, systems
• Thu: long passage, COB, emergency, systems deep-dive
• Fri: students lead. Final eval. Cert
• Daily: 0700 brkfst, 0800 brief, 0900 depart, 1700 anchor, 1730 debrief

• Three skill areas
• Sail handling: points of sail, tacks, gybes, reefs, heaving-to
• Power handling: crosswind docks, mooring buoys, stern-to, side-to
• Systems: electrical, plumbing, diesel, sail gear
• Anchoring + pilotage: scope, stern line ashore, Med moor, transient ball under sail
• By Day 5 nothing feels like a test

• 8 emergencies. All required for cert
• Leak, steering, grounding, fouled prop, dragging, fire, engine, COB
• COB: two methods. Triangle + heave-to/falling leaf
• Scheduled drills, Days 2 and 3

• 1. Email Rachel → she pre-registers you (name, contact, address)
• 2. I call you → deposit within 48 hrs locks your spot
• 3. Final payment: 60 days before course start
• 4. Crew Zoom: 2 weeks out — meet crewmates, provisioning, itinerary
• 5. Sunday arrival: meet at Metro, shop together, board Sweetwater
• No deposit = no held spot. No hard feelings if plans change
